i had a colt model 6700 match target rifle but i didnt vote colt because i sold it and have since bought 2 bushmasters, so thats what i voted.

1 RRA
1 Bushmaster

Hopefully one made by a local Machinist who is Getting his Mfg. license as soon as his paperwork comes through.

wow, I ****ed up. I didn't bother posting some of the higher models like White Oak and Les Baer since those arent seen anyday...but i kind of feel bad for forgetting Spike's and Armalite - especially Armalite.

Anyway, reporting in with one CMMG midlength 16" rifle.

Frankengun

S&W lower receiver, Rock River Arms lower receiver parts kit, Colt HBAR upper, JP Enterprises BCG, Colt A2 stock, Magpul MOE PG.

I very nearly bought a complete S&W complete upper last week, which would have made it less of a Frankengun when in carbine mode.

I have one AR being delivered in about a month.

It's a Colt 6920 that I got from an L.E. Distributor and the same rifle I'm issued at work. I decided I wanted to train more, and I can't use the issued stuff to train with on my own time, so I went and bought one. :)

Does POF count as an AR?
NO!!! Must be DI to be an "AR". :D

No one has yet mentioned:
-DS Arms
-Wilson Combat

Which of these actually make lowers too, or at least stamp a lower with their name?
-White Oak?
-Yankee Hill?
-Roggio?
-Nodak?
-Spike's?
-KKF?
-Tactical Innovations?
-Southern Gun Company?

OK, so here's an "EBR Family Pic" (minus one):

-(NON-AR) Robinson XCR, 16", 5.56x45mm w/ weapon light, Vortex flash hider, folding & collapsible stock, ERGO brand grip, & Sightron S2, 1.5-6x42mm ("SHTF Rifle")
-"FrankenAR": Superior Arms lower - White Oak upper, Bushmaster Dissipator lightweight 16" bbl, 5.56x45mm, w/ ?? brand rubber grip, DPMS skeletonized A2 stock, & .22 conversion kit ("Fun Plinking Rifle")
-Bushmaster 20" HB, 5.56x45mm, w/Colt's BCG, 2-Pt. sling, & Sightron S2, 3-9x40mm ("Hunting Rifle")
-DPMS LR-260L 18", .260 Rem, w/ ERGO brand grip, 1-Pt. sling, thread protector, ACE stock, & Bushnell Elite 6500, 2.5-16x50mm side focus ("All-purpose Rifle")

All three 5.56x45mm barrels are 1 in 9" twist. All rings are Warne Maxima.

As you can see, I don't go in too much for sights that need batteries. :)

I have a S&W M&P15 and an AR build. The build is a Spikes Tactical lower and Rock River Arms Varmint upper with 20 inch bull barrel.

AR15 is a Colt. AR10 is an Armalite. And SHEESH!...how do you have an AR brand poll without ARmalite?. That's like potatoe salad without potatoes.

Tactical Innovations makes all its own lowers, here in Bonners Ferry Idaho. Top quality work. They will stamp whatever company's name on thier recievers as they market their recievers to gunsmiths and smaller outfits.

My AR is a Bushmaster lower with a Bravo Company upper. In fact, after so many upgrades the only Bushy parts are the receiver, trigger group, and grip. Everything else is either BCM or Knight's Armament. :)

Southern Gun Company use Victor Arms for their .22 LR semi-autos.

I think their .223 stuff upwards is their own. I visited SOG's extensive machine shop when I bought my first rifle and was given a small tour of the facilities. Not many people can say that of their gun manufacturer. I spent about two hours chatting to the owner.

Can you imagine Colt doing it?

I just sold an CMMG M4, which I liked allot. I have a Stag Model 1L. I shoot lefty. I have an Armalite AR10 being shipped to me. I think ARs are great guns!
