A round is 50 birds – the first 25 from the 16 yard line. The teams combined score is calculated and checked against a table. The team then moves to the yard line indicated on the table and shoots another 25 rounds each. Final score is a total of both ‘turns’ shooting.

1. Am I more or less correct
2. Where can I find the table used

I shoot on a Thursday night league. The first 25 are at 16 yards. We then rotate the next 25 over a five week span of handicaps (all folks shoot at 24 yards), wobbles, sliders, sitting on a folding chairs, doubles.

I've done some competition at the local range. The better you are the further back you shoot for handicaps but I don't understand the rules.

All of it is fun. Don't let the lack of understanding stop you from going. Someone there will tell you how far back to shoot. Sorry I can't be of more help.
