Atf proposing new rule on storing powder

I just saw a video stating that the ATF is now proposing a new rule. I don't know if it's true or how far it will go if it is true, but I'm watching. Basically the rule would require anyone storing smokeless or black powder to report it to the fire department with where and quantity that is stored. Any body else know anything about this? Sounds like tracking ammo reloaders hence weapons to me.

Yeah it is pretty much the Chicken Littles on Youtube blowing things out of proportion.

Even with the proposed rule changes, black powder (under 50 pounds) and smokeless powder for reloading are STILL exempt from having to notify your local fire department. See post #20 in the thread CoalCrackerAI linked above.
