This bill calls for the repeal of almost all of the un-safe act(except the part about manditory sentences for assaulting a first responder, which is the only part that had any merit) and if passed, becomes effective as of 1/15/2013. We need to spread the word on this one folks.

I hope the bill does go somewhere but it will be real hard. So I guess if I get assaulted it is not important as a first responder getting attacked.
