That's not exactly accurate, . Under Treasury, this would have gone unreported. There's not much hope for a change of attitude but there is hope they'll at least quit losing firearms to bad guys.

I'm surprised that there wasn't a complicated cover-up operation.

Things would be just fine if everybody's memory and the very existence of the ATF evaporated overnight.
