I don't have any pics of ncongruNt either. Someone did leave behind 3-4 handgun magazines.

That would be me. :banghead: Just checked my gear and realized that I left the extra mags for my XD and CZ82 behind. How's that for a brain fart?

Tex

Update- Found the 82 mags in my Big Drawer o' Stuff(tm) and Mr Kablammo was nice enough to pick up my XD mags and contact me. He's even offered to drop them off at our mutual favorite gun shop this weekend, so the lesson has become less painful, just embarrassing. :)

Nice pictures DB Tanker. We definitely marked up that gong we hung at the 40 yard berm. :)

First time I've shot at steel at that distance with a handgun, cowboy shooting is pretty close in for the revolver targets. I was surprised at both how challenging it was to consistently hit, and how satisfying it was to make it ring.

Hm...rules me out. I'm still too broke to afford more than the one mag for my .45... :)

Thanks for the pics, Tanker...especially appreciate the random one at the end of my goose-stepping shin deep through the mud, lol...

Tex Fire, You were shooting at 40 meters (~44yards)!

We had steel/teflon sheets/clay set up at 40, 60, 77, and 100 meters, and I'd like to thank those who brought out the targets. Also, everybody helped in resetting them... even those w/o waterproof shoes! As you can see from DB Tanker's pics, there's this pond in the middle of the range that folks had to walk thru :)

All told, the last people left the range at around 7 something PM.

Couldn't resist...saw you and your bud out there...not so much goose-stepping but tip-toeing. :)

Just be thankful I didn't have it turned on to take movies.

Drop a line when you move back to Houston and we might hook up for a range day mebbe...Thanks again for the 30 WCF brass, too. :)

Sounds like you guys had fun. I wish we could have joined you for the range, instead of just joining for lunch, but the timing just wasn't right. Next time, I'll be sure to make it.

All the cameras were crowded on one side of the range :). We all took pictures of the same thing.
