I have read in numerous THR posts that CDNN may have good prices on various autos including Sig trade-ins.

Question: What is the link to the CDNN website that lists their GUN inventory?

I did a Google search, and I could only find their firearm ACCESSORY website.

Thanks.

they have good prices but that is about the only good thing that I can say about CDNN. Not recommended.

I have bought from them with no problem. With CDNN, it seems like people either have a great or horrible experience.

I've had 2 great experiences with them. Purchased a Sig P226 which was better then I expected and at a great price... and a new FN hi-Power. Great deal, great service, quick shipping.

All my CDNN experiences have been positive.

I was warned ahead of time: The toll free number is an ORDER NUMBER. It is not to call and visit and ask opinions about the merchandise, item A. vs item B, or to ask how the weather is in Abilene today. The order takers are sometimes a little impatient if you don't know what you want to do when you call. They are happy to confirm they have a certain item in stock.

If you have a catalog reference, know what you want, you're good to go. If ordering a firearm, you must have your FFL in order. This is all explained in the catalog.

If you're ordering non-firearms merchandise, all you need is your credit card and the catalog. I've always been amazed at just how quickly the order arrives, too.

Best,
Johnny

I haven't ordered any firearms from them, but the accessories I've ordered came in superfast with zero issues.

I've placed several orders for firearms and accessories and couldnt be more pleased with my experiences with CDNN. From what I've seen, peoples experience with this outfit are almost universally positive and when someones been unhappy or disappointed, CDNN usually makes it right - PRONTO

I say, Have at it :)

I've bought guns, magazines, and a number of other items over a period of about 10 years. I consider them one of the best firearms-related vendors. I will continue to do business with them.

(When there's a problem -- and it happens -- they take steps to make it right.)

I have never found the order takers to be rude. If you want to know about the weather, watch the weather channel. I have called to check on the condition of a certain weapon and asked what they had gotten in that was not in the catalog, price and condition they were always very helpful. If I order by 1:00 pm it is at my FFL by noon the next day.

I think CDNN is super. Good prices, very competent, friendly people on the phone, very fast shipping. CDNN is one of the best gun companies on the Internet. By the way, Numrich is great for gun parts. Also very well-organized and quick to ship orders.

My experiences with CDNN have always been positive, including the time when they sent the wrong item. I have used CDNN quite a few times, and recommend them without reservation.

Like Walt I have done business with CDNN for over a decade. Back in the late 80's as an FFL, and since then on my own. Many gun transfers, magazines, and other accessories. Never a problem. I consider them one of the best wholesalers out there. The advice above about being ready to go when you call is good. They are a clearing house operation, so there are no frills. They want you to call to order items only. I have a friend who knows CDNN's owner and hear he is a really good guy with an amazing business sense. It has always struck me as a very efficient outfit.

They do funny things

They do funny things. I bought a "new" gun from them that was 10 years old, and it came with only one magazine (instead of 2). they insisted the gun was new, and it was..sort of. They do weird things like that. Just bear that in mind.

I've had good luck ordering magazines from them.

They are a closeout wholeseller. They buy entire lots of discontiuned old wharehoused items. For example the Steyr pistols that they blew out over the last 2 years. Due to loss of importer they had been sitting in a warehouse for 3 to 5 years.

The reason you only got one mag is because they removed the 2nd and sold it. Where do you think they get all those lnib mags?

In the end they are a pretty god source for mags and guns. They work on commission there. It is best to find a single guy to work with everytime. Establish a relationship and help him make money and he will take care of you.

oh, and to clarify, I was very satisfied with my 10-year-old new auto. Just ask lots of questions so you are sure of what you are getting.

I don't like doing business with my competitor.
Well, that's certainly understandable. Do you do much of a mail order trade? Do you offer a catalog or website featuring bargains with a price structure similar to CDNN?

If so, I'd be interested, if only from the in-state sales tax standpoint. I have nothing against sending a bit o' my money to a sister state. Please feel free to put your business name and website in your signature line.

Best,
Johnny
