I started by machining an adapter that would replace the handle (attached using the factory metric screws that are counter bored below the washer) and accept a 3/8-24 studded rod end to attach to the crank (8.5" CL to motor shaft).



I removed the base and used a section of 1/4" plate (again counter bored for the factory screws) with a 7/16 rod end for the upper pivot.



Angle iron and box tube for the rest of the frame and added some ATV mounts I had to hold the rifles in place.




The he motor is an old eBay find, 3 ph 30 rpm max powered by a VFD from a 110v AC outlet.

Keep an eye on your temperature. Compressing air to 3000 psi can get these pumps hot.

The temp on the pump was 90 F when I started pumping the marauder from 2000 and in 2 min 8 seconds when it reached 3000 psi it was 107 F or a 17 deg F increase at "full speed" of 30 rpm.

I'll stick with the booster for my HPA tanks as I think the volume would be too much for the hand pump (heat) and I know it wouldn't like going to 4500 psi.

I am jealous of your ingenuity. I like the quad gun rack mounted vertical very cool idea. Is that a VFD I see there?

Yes, the motor was a several year old eBay win ($25 but you never know) it was 3 ph 220v but runs off of the 110vAC VFD (GS1 from automation direct I already had). The box tube is 21 years old from a T bucket frame build 21 years ago, never throw anything away...
