Awesome SKS

That's excellent, IMHO, for an SKS. The two I shoot are not capable of that IIRC. I stopped worrying about their accuracy years ago and accepted the fact that they are not M.O.A. rifles and were never really meant to be. That Tula ammo is pretty decent despite what some folks say. Once did some chronographing of various 7.62x39 rounds out of a Norinco SKS and they were all pretty close in velocity and it was the Tula, I believe, that was registering the lowest extreme spread, (difference between highest and lowest velocity), which is an indicator of good uniformity; which benefits accuracy.

I’ve ask this everywhere and googled which way to move the front sight. I have got a mix of 50/50 that says move front sight same way as the impact and other says opposite direction. So what’s y’all opinion on this ?

Move front sight same, rear sight opposite.

What country SKS is that? I found Yugo SKSs are typically accurate, 2 Russian I have/had are good too, Chinse can be accurate or poor, my best SKS is a Chinses with a rather tight chamber, the spent casing can drop in the chamber of the poor one and close the bolt. Chinese has many SKS factories. Factory 26 is one I trust more! My good SKSs can shoot as well as my FAL, a bit behind my Norinco M14. Don't have Yugo anymore, too long and heavy; however, I believe the weight helps its accuracy. Chinese SKSs have better/lighter triggers in general, I have a 5 rnd fix mag on my best SKS, a Chinese, and call it my poor man's Garand.

This sks is Chinese. It’s a type 56 from factory 0138
I had a man wanting to trade me a nice 1911 for it and I wanted to take it to the range before I did. I really wanted that pistol and was hoping the sks wouldn’t shoot good. After it did I thought well this ones staying with me.
