Back Up Iron Sight rear flip up flatter than MBUS?

is there a good rear folding BUIS that lies flatter than the Magpul polymer MBUS rear?

I'm ok with polymer flip ups as backup but would like to have it mounted under my scope and stay there until needed.

Here's a creative solution.

45 degree angled mounts and sites.

They sit flat on an angle, and you just tilt your gun slightly if needed.

You can alternately get weaver mounts and use whatever flipups you prefer.

Not sure if it's any flatter but what about the MaTech sight?

Thanks for the tip, Leadcounsel! I just ordered a set of those. For the price they seem to be worth a shot. I doubt I'll use irons much but it's probably a good idea to have something on the rifle.

Don't forget that they are same plane sights and the front needs to be on the handguard or a high gas block. Other than that, they are great.

I've got a set of those inexpensive sights on an AR carbine. They work amazingly well...I like'em.

The MBUS Pro and Spikes rear sights are the lowest profile out there.
