Baffle strike?

I just got my first suppressor, its an AAC sdn6. I know its not the best and that the mounting system has its issues, but it was one of the few that was available when I purchased. I mounted it to my 300 blackout following the instructions and it had some wiggle as the instructions said it would. I've fired about 100 rounds through it. I want a second opinion, because if you look closely at the exit hole there is a slight irregularity to it. Could a baffle strike really be this mild? Or is it just how the suppressor was manufactured?

Drawing a nice circle just inside the bore edge and looking at the gap, it doesn't seem to me there's any trace of out-of-round showing. I think someone just got lazy and forgot to deburr that hole. A decently sharp countersink turned firmly between finger and thumb ought to knock it off nicely enough, though obviously that would cut through the paint.

Looks like my rimfire compensator after a few hit the end, minus the big bulge from the last round’s full impact that was sprayed off to the side through the ports. The hole was not out of round, but the end sure wasn’t flat anymore.

I don’t see a reputable company leaving a burr there, right at the end that everyone will be checking out. I also don’t see that burr surviving the media blast booth, or not being softened or blended in some by the Cerakoat, it’s so minute.

To me it looks like a bullet got snuggly with the end cap, just a little, after it was coated. But I will qualify my statement with the admission that I am no guru.

How much wiggle is too much?
Dose the wiggle measure more than the clearance of the bullet through the end cap?

As far as the wiggle is concerned, I've actually taken almost all of it out by sanding the flash hider slightly to allow for a tighter fit. So now what, do I just keep shooting it?

I don't regard any 'wiggle' as acceptable for a suppressor. Even if it were only 3" long this would be concerning, with the exit hole being maybe 30% larger than the projectile, clearances are very close. The slightest imperfection of alignment will result in baffle and/or endcap strikes. You need very close to perfect alignment between barrel bore at the muzzle and baffle bore. Even a near approach to one side of the baffle stack can cause surface effects which trigger inaccuracy and potentially bullet tumbling, without leaving any mark on the baffles.
