Does anyone have a rifle suppressor with an all aluminum baffle stack or monolithic core? AAC uses stainless steel blast baffles in front of the aluminum baffles in their pistol suppressors so I would be concerned with baffle erosion with an aluminum blast baffle in a rifle suppressor. AAC seems to use inconel or titanium baffles or monolithic cores in their rifle suppressors. The reason I'm asking is that I want to order a suppressor for my .450 Bushmaster and I can have one custom made for around $850 but it has an aluminum tube and aluminum mono core baffle (20oz). I could opt for a stainless steel mono core baffle but it's weight prohibitive at 30oz. The best bet seems to be a T.H.O.R. PSR from AWC since it's all titanium and weighs just 13oz.

I have 2-3 all aluminum 300 Blackout/Whisper suppressors. nothing to brag about I prefer stainless tubes on rifles, all aluminum center fire suppressors are a specialty item, not a first time purchase. I have also seen some manufacturers use the stainless or inconel on blast baffles then aluminum on rest of the stack to save on cost, not much difference on weight.
