Most of my handguns are 9mm. I've been looking at the Beretta CX4 Storm in 9mm just to keep my ammo supply simple. I've tried the search and archive section to look for info on this gun but nothing comes up(I am computer challenged). I'm looking for any pros or cons--reliability--accuracy--etc. I haven't shot one but in feels comfortable to hold. Just need to know if it shoots good. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

I dont think Ive heard a bad thing about the gun. Only think close to a bad word said about it is the fact that its a little hard to switch the safety on. Its very ergonomic. Ive heard its amazingly reliable and especially accurate as far as 9mm carbines go. Just what I have gathered from the many range reports and testimonials from owners.

I'll add a plus for that gun - it is strange, and looks all ''Buck Rogers'' but when held IMO the ergonomics feel right and it is most comfortable to shoot. My only gripe is the trigger, which on mine is far from smooth, tho you do get used to it.

Great 9mm platform and I prefer it over my Camp 9 actually.

A buddy of mine has one and swears it can do miracles, but he's the type you have to wear rubber boots around. I held and shouldered it once and it did feel good. And that's all I got to say about that.

Thanks for the replies. I was hoping to get more of a response on this but maybe they are to new and not many folks have one yet. Baretta says on their ad they they were designed with police in mind so I would hope that it is a good, reliable gun. I will probably get one but I'm still working on convincing the wife that this is a necessity--maybe if I get her one too...lol
Thanks again
Jack

If you give that search function one more try you'll find some more info on it, I promise! ;) Beretta.

I've only handled one myself, never shot. But it feels fairly rugged and natural in my hands. I'd wager that you would not be disappointed by owning one. Plenty of knowledgable fellas will be along shortly to tell you some good things about this rifle soon, though, i'm sure.
