Has any one done any accuracy testing between the new Hi-tec coatings vs Std lube LSWC? Checking on some of the BE sites the Jury is still out.
I have a BE load using MBC #2 185gr LSWC that will give me a consistent ~1" groups at 25yrds if I do my part . 4.1gr WST out of my 1911 w/Kart Barrel. Some report the Hi-Tec coating produces more velocity. Just wondering if any one has done any side by side comparison at the BE level.
I tested my Berrys HBRN for grins and 4-6" is what there doing. I going to rework these HBRN and see if I can get something better. I'm will be reorder supplies within the next few months and would like to use the Hi-Tec coating if the accuracy is up to par. May use them any way to replace the Berry's if my shot groups do not improve.
Thanks in Advanced.
