Well, did a little horse trading, ended up with 175 rounds of Winchester 250 grain .45 LC XTP JHPs, a decent rig for the Vaquero, and this thing. I know the old Spanish revolvers are almost universally considered crappola, but for sending some .38 wadcutters down range, I'm rather satisfied. It seems to be pretty nice, case color still on the frame, and massive cylinder. The walls are literally twice as thick as a model 10.
