I recently picked up an older version of the Belding and Mull powder measure (with the brass hopper) but with no paperwork. The powder measure tubes (with the mic bar) slide up into the measure but there does not seem to be an obvious way to get them to stay up in there. Does anyone have some experience with these or happen to have an printable version of the instruction sheet? Thanks.

This is really helpful, thanks a lot for the link. I was thinking that the only way to do the measurements was to hold the charge tube into the measure. That is a bit different than my normal routine where I hold the case up to the measure. It is also interesting to see the powder chart and get an idea what powders were there to use 50+ years ago. Some of the same old standbys that I use now are still on the chart! Do you use your measure much now?

I own one and if you want a copy of the instructions ( it has some of the newer powders on it) I can copy it and send you a copy just let me know. I use mine quite a bit for the stick powders and my RCBS Uniflow for the ball powders. What I like the best is you can see if you got a full charge before you dump it into the case. Saves some time that way.

A copy of the newer list would be great. It would be handy to have a few more powders on the list to work from. I can send you a PM with contact info.
