Benelli Supers?

What makes a Super 90 a Super 90?
ive looked at a bunch of different models and i dont understand or see a difference between say a M3 and the M3 Super 90
i though at first the super 90 referenced the "tactical" offerings from benelli but i have seen alot of tactical shotguns that arent supers

Super 90 is just a name they give it. M1 Super 90, M3 Super 90. Benelli doesn't actually use the Super 90 thing anymore.

My 3 Gun stuff. The shotty is a Benelli M1Super90 Tactical (the name on the weapon).



It means that the shotgun is "super" for "90%" of the people that use it!
