I’ve recently jumped into the PCP air rifle world- partly to expand my hunting times, partly because regular ammo was so difficult to find, and also, they’re just fun!
I bought an Akela, and have been enjoying it so far, but looking to add onto it and improve it some. Any fellow owners who have one, please show a pic of your set up, or let me know what you’ve done. Also, what are some components you bought for it, but didn’t like? Thanks!

I have a bud who bought one but I did not get to shoot it. I did not even know about them before he got his. I almost bought one but have not gotten around to it yet... They get great reviews. They interest me but I have plenty...

I really like mine, just would like to step it up a bit. It’s a lot of fun shooting for a few hours and just spending $10-$15!

I looked at the Akela, but everyone was out of stock at that time, so I bought something else.

Be warned though. PCP air guns are very addictive and have a tendency to reproduce.
In less that a Year, I went from one, to three PCPs. I am almost afraid to come to forums like this for fear that I might see another one that I just have to have!

Yeah, I hear ya. While I only have one, it appears to have the ability to reproduce on its own….
