These are the same as the factory magazines the come with the 92. I have purchased nearly a dozen over the years. My only hesitation is that you can get 17 round mags for about this same price occasionally.

The Beretta factory mags are great, as are Mec-Gar mags. I have Mec-Gar 18 and 20-rounders, plus about 5 or 6 factory 15-rounders. All have been flawless over thousands of rounds. Occasionally, you can find the factory mags for $19.99 each if you look around for clearances or sales. So $25 each isn't that great. But it's certainly not the highest price I've seen, either.

Botach has 17 round beretta 92 FS factory magazines for 17.95 each brand new and free shipping to boot..

cocojo,

Thank you for the information. I am very pleasantly surprised with how much cheaper Beretta manufactured ones are. Saving $6.00 a mag adds up pretty quickly.

Having been out of the hi-cap magazine loop way to long is it safe to say that there are no mechanical issues with the 17 round ones?

The 17 round mags work great. I own 4 of them and have never had an issue. OregonJohnny mentioned the Mec-Gar mags. I had forgotten about them but I have a couple of the 18 round Mec_Gar mags as well and, IMO, they are every bit as good as the factory mags. They also seat flush so they don't extend the length of the grip at all.
