In a wheel barrow that I push in front of me. 
When I've had to carry the 92, it's always been in a Fobus with a large, loose shirt over it. Far from ideal, but I never saw the reason to spend real money on a gun that I didn't like but had to carry since it was issued.

hmmm let me recall... why in StarGate SG-1 series Carter and O'Neil simply carried Beretta 92's small of back several times when off duty with loose shirts, course it also seemed there was no holster. What??? Tv isn't reality?
