I can't seem to leave this little pocket .380's alone.

Anyway, I tried a new Beretta Pico Gen 3 (?) and the trigger seems different than I remember. Feels like down around 6 lb and shorter. Lighter than an LCP Gen 2 at any rate

LGS - $179.99 (New)

At that price I'm very tempted. Tell me about it if you have or had one. Likes and dislikes.

I have one and mine does have a relatively light trigger. It's been super reliable but not my favorite of the micro 380s. I rank mine way ahead of my current generation LCP but behind the Remington RM380s and S&W M&P Bodyguard 380.

That's a great price. A lot less than I paid several years ago! I carry my Pico every day. The things I like about it;
* The size, weight and thin profile make this an easy carry.
* The sights are excellent.
* the trigger is good... not too light for a pocket gun, not too heavy to shoot well.
* Double action allows restrike should you need it, and is very safe to carry.
* High quality stainless materials.
* Beretta quality.
* Mags are tough, also high quality.
* Has all the features I desire.
* Disassembly is uniquely easy, making cleaning quick and thorough.
* Mine has proven to be 100% reliable. I change the recoil spring every 700 rounds or so.
* Recoil is surprisingly soft.
* Accuracy is what one would expect. The gun delivers heart size groups pretty quickly.

The grip is the only "odd" feature of a Pico in that it feels off or unnatural in a way. The short grip and thin profile do not feel natural and have to be used to appreciate. However, once you shoot the gun it all comes together and just works. More a mental thing than physical.

I purchased a frame with a laser and love it. I only wish it came in green.

The Pico is a high quality, tiny gun with excellent design and features.
