I am having a hard time finding the value of a firearm I have in my safe. I know very little about it, except that it is a beretta .380 model 1934 marked for use by the italian military and made in 1940 with both the arabic and fascist markings. It was an army gun, not navy or airforce. The internals and workings of the gun are in awesome shape, the bluing is wearing thin, especially around the safety and on the usual spots on the slide yet still covers the majority of the gun. Any value idea as I go to sell it? Just a range is fine. Gunbroker was all over the map on them.

The value of these pistols are truely all over the map. They are a bit of a niche item, not really fitting in with US WWII memorabilia or Nazi or Japanese memorabilia. Those seem to be the big three in WWII collecting.

A lot of the value will have to do with the condition. If it is has the original finish, in Excellent condition, it would get offers around $500-$600 from most collectors. If it is in Fair to Good condition, the offers would be around $200-$300. The Arabic and Fascist markings will add a bit to the market value, assuming the buyer is looking for them.

If you try to sell it to a dealer, expect him to offer half these values, if anything. Hope this helps some.
