Well to be accurate my bobcat with Velocitors is a smidge over 70 Ft Lbs.120-150 Ft-Lb is .22LR from a rifle barrel, its in the 25-45 range from a 2" barrel, so the .32 (and .25 for that matter) are much more powerful from a pocket pistol.
Beretta's recommended 130 Ft Lb is for factory rating, factory standard ratings are from 4" barrels, so Federal 65gr Hydra shok which is rated 130 Ft Lb only has 97 Ft Lbs when fired from a Tomcat according to BBTI.
IMHO there's not "much" difference between a 1/4" ice pick and a 5/16" one.
