Good Evening,
I've had one for several years and have been satisfied. It is reliable, fits my hand well, super-easy to field strip, and has easy to work controls. It is not expensive and I think it looks good. Mine has a rail. The version just a couple of years prior to mine doesn't. All in all it is a very good pistol.
Bersa does use a different sight picture than most. You are supposed to cover the target with the front sight, not have a 6 o'clock hold. I'm still not quite used to this (or maybe I'm just doing it wrong. Perhaps another Bersa user can give better advise than I can.) so I tend to shoot low. The group size is on par with other semi-autos I shoot in that the gun is capable of better than me.
I like the DA/SA action. I haven't shot a striker fired pistol enough to know if it is better but right now my Bersa seems to have a nice trigger in SA and I like seeing hammer back to know it's cocked and the snap forward of the hammer if I decide to engage the decocker/safety.
Do you have specific questions?
Good luck.
Dan
