ANYONE HAVE, USED TO HAVE, KNOW SOMEONE WHO HAS A BERSA THUNDER 9? IF SO HOW DOES HE OR SHE LIKE IT? WANTING TO BUY ONE AND THOUGHT I WOULD PUT OUT FEELERS FIRST, THANKS.
I liked my first one (bought in the early '90s) enough to buy another (last year). Shoots well enough. Not as tightly built as the Walther P88 it was based off of but for the price difference, OK by me. Comfortable grip, even slightly more comfortable than the P88 (which gets slightly wide at the top rear). DA is smooth but long. Mine's been reliable.
Typing in all caps is considered rude by most people who participate in this or any other online forum. It is like you are shouting. If nothing else, it is awkward to read something written in all caps.
Thank you so much for your reply. I type a lot of instruction material and most of the time it is in bold type. It is easier for people to read while reading instructions and trying to do what is in the instructions. Also those with reading problems have an easier time reading. (nothing personal intended I am referring to bad eyes etc.) Not a problem to change, just a button push away. Thanks for being polite enough to say something and not be a smart ass.
I have the Bersa 380 and am seriously thinking of going to the 9mm. Only problem is finding one to look at. I have never seen one at the gun club and none at the gun shops. Only reason for the switch is I can get all the free brass I can ever reload at the range. They throw it out by the bucket loads.
