My local funshop has a pair in .380, one two tone and one blued with the chrome accents, $220 each. I like the looks of the blued w/chrome best. Is $220 a good price on the little Bersa?

Edit: Both are NIB

Yes sir, $220 is a very attractive price for the little Bersa .380. I use to
sell the Bersa DT(duo-tone) .380's NIB for $199.88; but along a'bout May
1, 06 all firearms took a price hike. Some more than others; now
the DT .380 sells for $219.88.:uhoh: I guess the secret leaked out~!:D

Canton Texas I bought a Bersa Thunder .380 for $209.00 from a dealer about 4 months ago. Then two weekends ago I picked up the Bera 380 concealed carry for $250 in matte from the same dealer.

I have a Bersa Thunder .380 Duo-Tone. nice gun.

Last I noticed at Academy (probably several months ago) they were still selling for $199.00

Ala Dan would know better than me if there's been a recent price hike. You're definitely in the ballpark though.

Cheers,
ChickenHawk

PS- I'm going to Academy, Saturday. I'll post their price sometime in the evening.

I just got a Bersa .380 Concealed Carry in matte for $250. I am just starting to use it after a good cleaning. Nice gun. 16 rounds was all I go do today (2 mags) but it went flawlessly. I like this gun. I was surprised a small gun would fit my hands so well. I normally carry very comfortabley a 92FS. These folks provide a fine gun at a good price.

I have $200 even for my duo-tone......so $220 is close enough.

Is the blued model with gold accents the "deluxe" model. I was thinking it was a double stack, high capacity model.

I paid 299 for my nickel Thunder 380 not too long ago at a local gun shop.

I've read that some of the Academy sold guns have had their adjustable sight disabled to be fixed. This is one the guns that have the firestorm grips added. It is specially built for Academy stores.

The high capacity model is the Thunder 380 Plus It holds 10 rounds. I'm not sure if this one is available with the gold controls.

The Thunder 380 Super is a 15 round model.

I think the deluxe is the model with the 9 round single stack magazine.

The model with the gold controls seems to be something to look like the special edition walther.

Some sites to read about them are

They're a $400 gun priced at a little over half that. Worth every penny. I miss mine... gotta go see if OCPD's done with it yet. :(

Come to think of it, they're probably just playing with it. Seems to bring a smile to the face of anyone who's ever fired it. :)

A store around my area, according to them, gets the Bersa's left and right. They have them in the case NIB priced at: Duotone Thunder .380 Gun + 2 mags $229.00 - All black .380 Gun + 2 mags $279.99 and I believe the CCW was 299.99 for Gun + 2 mags but im not possitive about that one.
