best 9mm powder

HS-6 and Longshot are the only powders I use for this application. I load for near maximum velocity and in the upper operating pressure range. I also like a good dense load to help eliminate possibility of an accidental double charge. And regarding how it meters, I don't use a volmetric charging method, beam scale weighted every round.

Ramshot Silhouette = WAP and at their website www.ramshot.com there is plenty of data including cast lead and plated bullet loads in 9mm.

I'm not trying to be rude or say Unique isn't a great powder, BUT Unique & larger flake powders don't meter easily/accurately out of the LEE disc powder system especially in the lower pistol load ranges--smaller disc holes.
