Say you've got time for a slow, controlled, close shot on a big Brown Bear.
Which would be better, right btw the eyes or just under the ear? (Supposing the bear is slowly moving his head to the side and then forward giving you either option.) And oh, we're talking about a caliber that starts with .45 with at least a 300 grain bullet, hard cast and substantial meplat.
