IWB, tuckable, but almost never do. I use a DA3 from Ted Blocker Leather.

Belt Slide, Bianchi Black Widow.

Usually it's the pancake-style holsters for my .38 or .45.

If I'm gonna be outdoors and it's SUPER-HOT, it's the .38 snubbie in an Uncle Mike's IWB holster under an over-sized t-shirt.

If talking concealed carry:

I prefer to carry in an external (no inside the pants) leather holster, on the belt/hip, on the strong side. I believe this to be the most accessible position for a handgun under varied circumstances. I also believe it to be the strongest tactically with regard to retention and to safety.

In extremely hot weather I will wear a loose fitting shirt over the firearm.

All the best,

If you're expecting trouble, the best carry is in your hand.

Other than that paddle holser strong side with baggy shirt.

I usually just wear a vest over my pre-agreement Smith & Wesson model 60 in an inside the waist band holster. I don't need to worry about the gun showing, since Colorado is an open carry state.

In fact, sometimes I just carry openly in a hip holster. To date, the only people who've noticed are my fellow bullseye shooters.

5" 1911 IWB at 4 o' clock with a semi-loose fitting polo or button up.

Pocket carry for me...Up until 6 months ago, I carried LH rear pocket 100% of the time...Now I carry RH front pocket and that goes for a P3at or a P-11

I do carry OWb at times, but pocket is my norm

IWB at 7 o'clock. I always wear a vest (reversible, A&S brand,) which covers it nicely. Because I grew up in such an inhospitable climate, I also wear long pants and long sleeves year 'round. A vest doesn't look incongruous.

IWB doesn't work well when you have to switch pants three times a day, and doesn't work at all with fleece winter pants. So I stick with a customized shoulder rig using the straps from a KL Null linked to a high-ride Galco K-frame 4" holster. It keeps the revolver tucked up high at a nice angle and can be concealed under a jacket.

Well I sort of stink at figuring out abreviations but I am guessing that IWB means 'in waist band'. If that is correct - ouch is all I have to say. I know of one person who placed a handgun into his waist band (finger off trigget) only to have it go off and shoot off the end of his penis. The trigger caught on something as I understand. No joke this is for real. Doctors could not reattach it either. I have carried in my waist band on a few occaisions, but not since I heard this. I have also seen a gun or two fall down the pants, not a funny site until after you are sure it is not going to go bang.

I understand that type of carry is a great concealment method, and I guess it is ok if you are extremely careful about it. Of course at 7 o:clock it might only graze the buttocks if it went off -just don't put it up front.
