Best/cheapest tactical vest.

Anyone have any recommendations?

Looking for something of course with plenty of mag holders (rifle + pistol). I would like to have the ability to place a blackhawk holster on the vest. However, just a place for a pistol will subside.

Color doesn't matter at all, looking for under $75 range if possible. Anyone have any recommendations? Thanks everyone.

I hate to be this person but with this stuff you really do get what you pay for, but with that said you really need to decide what you are going to use it for and the conditions you are going to be using it under. Do you want a MOLLE vest so that you can put you pouches where ever you want or do you want fixed pouches and MOLLE webbing ? I would say you need to consider some of that before you purchase one.

I would take a look at blackwater gear it is great gear and as of now it is cheap since they have changed the names on there gear. Heres a link to were you can find it

I haven't owned one, but I have seen them at gun shows...they seem pretty nice. I know a lot of people will probably reduce UTG to being crappy airsoft gear. But some of their gear is actually very good.

Sort by lowest price and you'll find some for around $24


Might be all you need. Wish I could tell you more about the quality from person ownership, but again, they looked very nice at the gun show.

I'd say go for a MOLLE vest and ammo pouches used. I've seen them decently priced at surplus stores and much cheaper than that at flea markets and swap meets. If you get a fixed vest and then end up not liking where the pockets are you're stuck, as aforementioned. You can put MOLLE pouches whereever you want em. I've always like the MOLLE system and if you can find Tactical Taylor pouches at a swap meet (I got some dirt cheap there) you'll be doing real good.
