That translates to between 60-66 HRC, which sounds pretty even-steven to me.

66 is a good bit harder than 63.

Another vote for NP3, although my hard-chromed SIG 226 gets top marks for durability of finish and pegs the coolness meter. But hey, I'm fine with parkerized semi-autos and bright stainless, too.

And I do think the prettiest of all are the bright nickel Colt's 1911s ...
