So yesterday the wife says "Even though tomorrow is Mothers' day, do you think we can go up to the target range/gun shop so I can buy a gun? To which I replied that I couldn't think of a better way to spend the morning. So off we go to the range today. I watched the kids while mommy tried out various pistols. Kids got a kick out of watching mom "shoot fire" as we watched from the observation window. An hour or so later she walks out with her first pistol. She chose a S&W MP9. Nice enough gun (I like good old revolvers), and she really enjoyed shooting it. She got one with CT grips. I can't wait to see what Fathers' day will be like.
