That would be correct.

My comment on the trigger slap was meant only to mention that the CUR2 had less of the (in)famous trigger slap than the others. In fact, when we first got the CUR2, I commented that I didn't know what all the fuss was about trigger slap. It wasn't until I fired the WASR that I understood what was meant by trigger slap. In comparison, the CUR2 really doesn't have it at all, at least mine. I have personally have no interest in altering the CUR2. And the WASR is probably going to be sold because the Hungarian is so much sweeter.

Moot discussion really, since I haven't seen a CUR2 on the market in ages.

another question is do they make AK's that fire from AR15 mags? Also, could one convert a 223 AK to fire from standard AR15 mags? would be interesting seeing as how galil mags are more expensive if you can find them.

Galil mags wont necessarily work in all AK's. Most need to be modded. Weiger mags, and the polymer AK-74 mags with .223 followers usually work well.

There is an adaptor available to make M16 mags work with the AK. I believe it was marketed by Vulcan. Not sure how well it worked. No interest. The current mags work well.

I vote Arsenal of Bulgaria's milled receiver AK's, but they aren't the lightest. Perhaps their stamped versions would be a little easier to tote, but I have no experience with them.

I remember seeing an add for a kit that allowed you to use AR mags in a .223 ak.... Cant remember what it was called or who it was made by...

WASRs are not 'Best'

The old SAR series didn't have mag wobble, but they did have a trigger slap which could be fixed.

But the WASR series, including the GP WASR, have mag wobble, and boy is there nothing more annoying than having your mags flop around with the clank sound!

No way in the world are GP WASRs 'Best'

Somebody tell those dorks at century to stop the mag wobble.
