This is going to sound strange but it's true. A few years ago, the switch on one of my Streamlights broke. I called the company about repairs and was told to check with the local Truly Nolan business. Apparently, Truly Nolan, the bug man, is a local repair station.
I contacted the company and was told to bring it in and they'd fix it. I took it to the main Tucson facility and it was fixed while I waited. The tech also replaced the lense because it was scratched. There was no charge for the repairs and I was told that certain parts are guaranteed for life.
According to the tech, Truly Nolan requires that their "bug men" carry good flashlights and Streamlight fits the bill. They also sell or did sell Streamlight equipment at a good price. I don't know if they still do,
