Better sights for a S&W 915????

I have a 915 which is the budget 9mm in the 5900 series. It is compatible in magazines and grips with 5903, 5903TSW, 5904, 5906, 5906TSW, 5944, 5943, 5943TSW, 5946, 5946TSW, 5967, 910, 915.

Are there any aftermarket sights available for this gun? As I have gotten older I have become far sighted and was wondering if there is anything better available.
