Remember, this ruling is only applicable to those in the 5th Circuit. (Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi)

Technically, only the Northern District of Texas, come to cases.
At least until brought to 5th Circuit for review (which is probably entirely likely).
And, there's three 'levels' of review in the 5th (as with all the Circuit Courts)--3 judge; en banc; & full--all before moving to SCOTUS.

Now, in fairness, AFTE is probably "functionally" enjoined as "selective enforcement" could be seen as either violating "equal protections" or as a "taking."

The business of "splits" within State Districts is being currently played out in the IL AWB mess.
