Last weekend I purchased an M&P 9 compact. Took it to the range and it shot great. It carries quite nicely IWB also. So the 642 has a playmate.
It came with two magazines, one with a pinky extension, and one without. I ordered two more mags on sale from Midway for 22.95 each that did not have the extension either.
So I called S&W on Wed. and asked how to get more mag extensions. They asked my address, and today I received 3 extensions in the mail free of charge!
So now I am happy with the pistol, and the customer service as well!
Thought I would share a happy experience with others considering who to purchase a new CCW piece from.
