Ok Folks,
Any suggestions on reducing / removing bipod hop?
Rifle is a Ruger American Predator in .223
Bipod is a Harris style bipod, traditional rubber feet
Shooting from a seated position off of a bench
First 3 shots out of the gun just to sight it in and get it on paper @ 25 yards was clover leaf.
Once I got it sighted in at 100 yards last 3 shots looked like dot, dot ,dot Morse code with holes touching so I think the gun can shoot better than what I am capable of now. My issue is follow up shots are taking longer than I would like as the bipod hops after each shot. I'm trying to load the bipod to reduce the hop but can't stop it consistently. Any hints on technics or accessories to reduce the hop are appreciated.
