Bipod Mounting Question

Forgive me for the newbie question, but I would like to put a bipod on my Ruger 10/22. I am looking at the Shooter's ridge Swivel Stud Mount. I have a Butler Creek stock. Will this type of bipod fit on my stock without modification?

It should work just fine. It will clip right onto the sling swivel stud on the forend of your stock.
