Mounting a rock mount bipod... without a sling stud

I have a semi-customized 22, part of which is a boyd's stock. the stock doesn't have sling studs/swivels. I'd like to mount a rock mount bipod, and if possible a sling.

Anybody know of a kit to do this?

Can't you just install studs in it??

rantingredneck - studs will allow the attachment of the bipod, but not a sling. I'm trying to figure a way to have both.

The rockmount bipod has a sling attachment built into it. You mount sling to bipod, bipod to sling stud.

Simple. You install 2 studs at the front, one about 2.5" behind the other. You can get the stud hardware just about anywhere, including some Walmarts. But to make them look nice, you'll need a countersink bit. It's probably easier just to have your gunsmith do it.

thanks all. I'll try the stud mount bipod, sling hooked to bipod method. Counter sink is not an issue.
