Birdshead Flattop Grip

I have a nickel Taylors Cattleman SA with a standard plow handle grip. Taylors/Uberti offers an 1873 SA Nickel Flattop Birdshead and I've inquired with both Taylors and VTI about buying a Nickel Flattop Grip Assembly. Taylors says they can't help me even though the sell the handgun.
VTI was more accommodating and Michael there said he would inquire with Uberti directly.
VTI does carry the non-flattop birds head grip assembly but only in blued steel and I really want the Flattop and it has to also be in nickel.

Maybe I'll hear something either way in a few weeks. If so, I'll post what I find to anyone considering changing grip frames on a Uberti SA.

I found this one on GunsAmerica. I wouldn't mind this style except for the faux pearl grips. Checkered wood would look nice.

It is confusing. It's because they call the grip frame as being 'flattop'.
"This model features a steel new model frame, classic nickel plated finish, and a one-piece polymer ivory flattop birdshead grip."
