Black leather surplus pouch

My kid wants something other than pockets or a fannypack to carry around her stuff.

She likes the idea of a black leather ammo pouch, but in googling for them I did not find much.

So I turn to y'all. Does anyone here have an idea? It need not be an ammo pouch, but something relatively shallow, like a pocket, that closes up well. Like a Russian SKS pouch only in black.

And since I'm buying this for her I do not wish to spend a lot. Under $15 if possible.
