Yep, steel gripframes , and the ejector rod housing is steel too on the stainless BHs. I am probably going to pick up a stainless BH 357 to go along with my blued.

Here's mine, a 4-5/8'' .357. I just stripped all the finish from the aluminum gripframe

cottonmouth , how did you go abot stripping the grip frame?

A .357 50th and a .44 50th liked the .357 so much bought 2 more one for each child gave them as Christmas presents. Carry the .357 in a Galco holster and had a custom Matt Dillon replica holster made for the .44

I sold my babies many moons ago. I had three Blackhawks in .357 mag, .45 colt, .44 mag and I never even fired the .45 and .44!

Well I have the .22LR/mag Single Six and to me it feel liek all the blackhawks I've handled just miniaturized.

Can I be in the club?
