I ordered a knife through their website two weeks ago. I received an email the following day that included my order confirmation number and the billing info (included Priority shipping). Two weeks later ...no knife. Sent an email a couple of days ago to ask why...no reply. Called their help number a few minutes ago....no answer. Called their order number a few minutes ago....no answer. This ain't looking good. Has anyone here ordered from them?
