I got a response.

I wrote an email to Bonnie asking her if she was a vegetarian.

I also asked her if was wrong for my family to hunt for food during the great depression. What about Native Americans that have hunted for thousands of years?

Here is her response:

thanks for your thoughts, but i just don't find hunting acceptable period.
yes, I'm a vegetarian (not a vegan, I do eat organic eggs and dairy
products)
and I wear/buy no leather.

i hear what you're saying, and i'm glad you respect your family for
hunting,
but i feel differently. thanks!

You should ask her why it's so much better for a deer to starve to death/get hit by a car, or for a bear to be killed by a G&F officer after it comes into an elementary school/neighborhood rather than be killed by a hunter.
