I'm curious about this one aside from the strange laser that you have to reach up to activate. I've excluded it from as an option only because of this issue. But, I suppose if I have no interest in using a laser in a self-defense situation, it could still be fun at the range.

So, durability, reliability, and recoil compared to other micro .380s?

I have had one for about 6 months now. Bought it as my summer ccw, as it is small and easy to conceal. Shots very good, not bad recoil. Very reliabile has not missed a round. As far as the laser it just an option that I would probaly not worry about in a sd situation. It does come in handy at the range and for low light around the home. Just my 2 cents never regreted buying it. I have had good luck with all my s&w so it made it a easy choice when I look at other .380's. My opion was a good price also. my 2 cents.

I owned one (and recently sold it) and the biggest thing for me was that it was far more accurate than I expected. This is probably due to the fact that is actually has good sights, unlike the LCP and Kel-tec. Recoil was manageable, but a little snappy, the gun weighs next to nothing so thats expected. I did have a problem with slide bite though, probably my hand position though

It's one of the better pocket .380's on the market, probably would still be carrying mine if I hadn't gotten a Diamondback 9mm.
