Real straight too. You'd think it would take the fins off and start to veer off or tumble after a bit - good thing it was close to target.
Guess the water was deeper than it looked - seem to still have fins intact till contact.
One Saturday morning years ago, I was helping my brother put up rafters on his new house near Waxahachie when some teenagers started shooting .22s on the far side of an adjacent private lake. The rounds were evidently skipping off the water around 400 yards away and zinging all around us - mostly over our heads, but we did not stay on roof very long. Good time to take a break - and call 911. Idiots!
