Here's the deal. This is only tangentially related to guns. This is actually a first amendment issue, and a question of whether or not schools have the power to limit a student's freedom of expression in order to enforce a dress code (and, following, whether or not that is a silly idea or not). The fact that it is a gun pictured is completely secondary.
