I have a S&W Model 39-2 with a broken plastic magazine follower. Any ideas about possible replacement sources or possabilites? What say you? Thanks...

I looked at Numrich but did not find just a magazine follower. A little more thorough search than I did might turn it up.
Midway shows factory magazines for Third Generation (39XX) pistols as also fitting the older 39s. (They also have ProMags but I don't trust this brand.) Might be time for an upgrade.

Have you tried gluing the pieces back together? If the broken piece is lost, try building it up with JB Weld. I've had good success fixing mags that stopped locking back with a little JB Weld epoxy and some filing to fit.
