I have an A-Bolt II Stainless Stalker in .243 and despite having a detatchable box magazine with a hinged floorplate, sometimes find myself loading from the ejection port/top. The follower I have however loads the first round to the right, so it is a little bit of a pain to seat the first round. If the first round loaded to the left it would push in easily. What I wonder is whether the left hand rifle follower is different and I could switch them or if perhaps I got a left handed follower?
